Return Policy

Our Return Policy 


Our desire is customer satisfaction. You may return your purchased product for a full refund, exchange, or replacement within 30 days of delivery in the following cases. (Note: we only pay for shipping costs if the return is a result of our error):


  • Damaged or defective product (if you received the wrong product or it arrived to you damaged or defective, we will pay for the return shipping costs).


  • Dissatisfied with the product (Returned products for customer dissatisfaction must contain at least 80% of the product).


Note: If you purchased the product outside the United States through a distributor, please bring the product to the distributor to be replaced, exchanged or refunded in the place where you bought it.

Returning products to the company:

If all the conditions hereby explained are met, you should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, in many cases you will receive your refund sooner. This time includes the transit time of the returned product to us (5 to 10 business days within the USA), the time it takes to process your refund once we receive the product (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
